Are We Obsessed?

This is what I found when I went to check on Lacey the other day. She was fast asleep. "Oh, the joy! The pure joy of having these binkies in my hands! I will clutch them forever! I'll never let go!"
l The flash of the camera wakes her up. She examines her loot. "Yep, still got 'em."

"Three of my most prized possessions."

She cracks us up.

The best toy ever

The toy on the left is such entertainment for Lacey. It plays old ragtime songs, the wings flutter, and it has weights so that it always gets right-side-up again. The antennas have bright red lights. This is the toy of all toys. My sister wanted to know what it looked like.

Lacey Attacks a Present

Looking a little fatigued, Lacey awakens Christmas morning to find some colorful boxes under the tree.

She gives her parents a cheesy grin to signal that she is pleased to remove the paper.

What does she find inside the box? One of her heart's true desires: something to knock over.

The cups also taste delicious.

"This present is giving me pure joy."
Daddy got a book with photos of me and him in it. He loves me a lot!
"Mom, can we do Christmas again next year?"

Lacey and Rylee

Lacey and Rylee are the first cousins to live in AZ. Justin and Kayli are the parents of Rylee. The babies are 3 months apart. These pictures demonstrate how well-behaved Rylee is. She knows what to do in front of a camera.

Where ya goin', Lace?

Lacey makes no eye-contact. Rylee is as still as a praying mantis.

Lacey proceeds to attack Rylee. Poor Rylee has been scratched many times. But she's starting to learn how to get revenge. Notice Rylee has kept the same expression and stayed totally still. (there was even a fourth picture)
And there you have it! The cousins who will be great friends all their lives!
